MODECO exhibited our collections at “BLUE PRINT” in Singapore, the biggest fashion show in South Asia in spring, 2012.

We met HP, the biggest American PC brand, which was the main sponsor at the event. This project started when HP offered a concept designer position to our president, Hiroyuki Mizuno.

HP’s request was to make a laptop case suitable for ENVY 4, a new eco-PC to express more high-end ecology.

To make the use of the urban image of a simple and stylish PC, ENVY 4, we utilized wood grain, which has been our representative since MODECO’s foundation. We also put interior materials that are used for car trunks together to express modern and chic contrasting the stylish design of ENVY 4.

A promotion video was made in the States. This was the first model MODECO collaborated with a brand from overseas.
